Aussies Abroad: Mabil scores in Portugal

1 min read

Fringe Caltex Socceroos winger Awer Mabil has found the net in Portugal.

The former Adelaide United flyer opened the scoring for Pacos de Ferreira in their League Cup clash with Rio Ave.

Mabil's goal looked to have won the game before an injury time equaliser saw the match finish 1-1.

Fellow Aussie Dylan McGowan was a late substitute for Ferreira.
