CommBank Socceroos Squad Update

CommBank Socceroos Head Coach, Tony Popovic has been required to make a change to his squad to face 2026 FIFA World Cup co-hosts Canada and United States away in this October international window.

Fran Karacic (Hajduk Split) has withdrawn for medical reasons. Karacic will be replaced by uncapped Austria-based player Jacob Italiano (Grazer AK).

The CommBank Socceroos face Canada in Montreal this Saturday (kick-off 10:30am AEDT), before taking on the USA in Denver on Wednesday, 15 October (12:00pm AEDT).
