Starting in England, where Keanu Baccus (cap #628) played a full game for Mansfield Town and registered two assists in a 3-0 win over Peterborough on Friday.
The win sees Mansfield climb to 8th position in the League One competition ladder. They travel to Reading on Monday at 2am (AEDT).
In the English Championship, Harry Souttar (cap #606) almost played a full game for Sheffield United as the Blades lost 2-0 to Burnley on Friday, but unfortunately the Socceroo limped off the field at the end and the extent of his injury is still to be confirmed. The result leaves Sheffield equal on goal points with Leeds United at the top but second on goal difference.
They return to action on Monday at 12:30am (AEDT) against West Brom.
Elsewhere in the Championship, Riley McGree (cap #509) was an unused substitute for Middlesbrough as they gave up a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 with Sheffield Wednesday on Friday.
Boro slip out of the play-off places with this result, three points clear of Wednesday in ninth as they prepare to face Burnley on Monday at 8am (AEDT).
Samuel Silvera (cap #634) was also on the bench for Portsmouth as they lost 2-1 to Watford on Friday. They return to action on Monday at 3am (AEDT) when they travel to Bristol City, looking to bounce back. Socceroos teammate Kusini Yengi (cap #638) is currently recovering from a knee injury.
Elsewhere, Alexander Robertson (cap #630) played a full game for Cardiff City in a 3-2 loss to Oxford United on Friday. The Blue Birds face Watford on Monday at 3am (AEDT).
Callum Elder (cap #614) also played 84 minutes for Derby County as they beat West Brom 2-1 on Friday. They host league leaders Leeds United on Monday at 5:45am (AEDT).
In the Premier League, Cam Burgess (cap #633) and Massimo Luongo (cap #571) could return to action for Ipswich Town on Tuesday at 7:45am (AEDT) against Chelsea.
Elsewhere in the Premier League, Joe Gauci's (cap #631) Aston Villa also host Brighton at the same time.
In the Scottish Premiership, Josh Nisbet (cap #642) came off the bench in the 34th minute and scored a goal for Ross County as they won 3-0 against Dundee on Friday.
Ross County face Hearts on Monday at 3am (AEDT).
Elsewhere in Scotland, five Australian players started in the Edinburgh derby as Hibernian went on to win 2-1 on Friday.
Martin Boyle (cap #599) and Subway Olyroo Nectarios Triantis played a full game while Lewis Miller (cap #635) came off the bench in the 77th minute for Hibs while Kye Rowles (cap #622) and Cameron Devlin (cap #625) also played full games for Hearts.

As mentioned above, Triantis played a full game for Hibs in a 2-1 win over Hearts on Friday. They welcome Kilmarnock to Easter Road on Monday at 3am (AEDT).
