Another big weekend is coming up for many Socceroos abroad as they continue to build up form in the season's early stages.
Craig Goodwin stood out in the midweek fixtures with a man-of-the-match performance in his first game of the Saudi Pro League season, while two familiar faces crossed paths in Germany in a final pre-season friendly.
All eyes will be on Europe this weekend with several Socceroos in line to make top flight debuts for their respective clubs.

Goodwin (cap #562) returned to competitive football for Al-Wehda, scoring twice and assisting once in their 3-3 draw with Al Riyadh on Friday morning in the Saudi Pro League. The winger completed the full 90 minutes.
Cameron Devlin (cap #625) and Kye Rowles (cap #622) played full games for Hearts against Viktoria Plzen on Monday morning in Europa League qualifying, with the Scottish Premiership side narrowly losing 1-0. The pair could start for Hearts’ away clash against Apostolos Stamatelopoulos’ (cap #644) Motherwell on Monday at 12:00 am (AEST).
Nestory Irankunda (cap #643) came on in the 62nd minute for Bayern Munich against Awer Mabil’s (cap #597) Grasshopper Club in a 4-0 friendly win. Irankunda’s consistent pre-season minutes mean he could be in line to make the Bayern Munich squad in the Bundesliga against Wolfsburg on Sunday at 11:30 pm (AEST).
Mabil did not play against Bayern but may return for Grasshopper when they host Sion FC at 4:30 am (AEST) in the Swiss Super League.
Jackson Irvine (#568) and Connor Metcalfe (#611) could both make their Bundesliga debuts in St. Pauli’s league opener against FC Heidenheim on Monday at 1:30 am (AEST). Metcalfe signed a contract extension with St Pauli this week.
In Italy’s Serie A, Alessandro Circati (cap #637) should start for Parma as they host AC Milan on Sunday at 2:30 am (AEST).
Also, Maty Ryan (cap #555) is likely to be the matchday squad for Roma’s home game against Empoli on Monday at 4:45 am (AEST).
In the English Premier League, fellow goalkeeper Joe Gauci (cap #631) could also be in Aston Villa's squad when they host Arsenal on Sunday at 2:30 am (AEST).
In addition, Cameron Burgess (cap #633) and Massimo Luongo (cap #571) could be involved for Ipswich Town when they travel to Manchester City on Sunday at 12:00 am (AEST), with Burgess looking to make his Premier League debut.
Harry Souttar (cap #606) will target his first start in the EFL Championship for Sheffield United, taking on Norwich on Sunday at 12:00 am (AEST).
In Scotland’s top flight, Martin Boyle (cap #599) and Lewis Miller (cap #635) are likely to start for Hibernian as they host Dundee FC on Sunday at 12:00 am (AEST).
