Starting in Scotland, where Martin Boyle (cap #599) played a full game and scored two goals as Hibernian returned to winning ways with a 3-0 win over Motherwell on Thursday. Olyroo Nectarios Triantis also played 90 minutes.
The Edinburgh club went into their penultimate match on the back of a turbulent few days in which they lost 4-0 at home to Aberdeen and sacked boss Nick Montgomery.
They face Livingston on Sunday at 12am (AEST) to end the season. Lewis Miller (cap #635) could also feature.
Elsewhere, Kye Rowles (cap #622) played a full game, Cameron Devlin (cap #625) played 60 minutes and registered an assist while Nathaniel Atkinson (cap #620) was an unused substitute on Thursday as Hearts drew 2-2 with St Mirren.
St Mirren’s Keanu Baccus (cap #628) also started and played 90 minutes while Ryan Strain (cap #624) was also an unused substitute.
Hearts face Rangers on Saturday at 9:30pm (AEST) while St Mirren travel to Celtic at the same time to close out the season.
St Johnstone’s Ryan McGowan (cap #546) also played 90 minutes on Thursday in a 1-1 draw with Ross County.
They also end their season on Sunda at 12am (AEST) against Motherwell.
Dylan McGowan (cap #590) played a full game for Hamilton Academical on Thursday in the play-offs as they beat Inverness CT 2-1 to take an advantage into the second leg.
The second leg takes place on Sunday at 2:30am (AEST).
Over to Asia, where Mitch Duke (cap #559) came off the bench in the 74th minute and scored a 93rd-minute winner as Machida Zelvia beat Cerezo Osaka 2-1 on Wednesday in the J1 League.
Duke's second goal of the J1 campaign leaves Machida equal top on 29 points.
They return to J1 League action on Sunday at 3pm (AEST) against Tokyo Verdy.
Elsewhere, Mitch Langerak (cap #566) was in goal when Nagoya Grampus in a 3-1 win over FC Tokyo on Wednesday.
They also play on Saturday at 8pm (AEST) when they travel to Sagan Tosu.
Thomas Deng (cap #598) also featured in J1 League action on Wednesday and played 90 minutes for Albirex Niigata in a 3-1 win over Harry Kewell's Yokohama F Marinos.

In Norway, Gianni Stesness (cap #617) started and played 88 minutes while Nick D’Agostino (cap #621) came off the bench at half time as Viking FK lost 4-1 to Lillestrøm SK on Friday. Patrick Yazbek (cap #641) was an unused substitute.
They return to action on Tuesday at 1am (AEST) against Sanderfjord.
Alex Gersbach (cap #587) came off the bench in the 88th minute for Kalmar FF as they drew 1-1 with IFK Norrköping on Friday.
They return to action on Monday against IFK Värnamo on Monday at 12:30am (AEST).
Over to Germany, where Jackson Irvine (cap #568) and Connor Metcalfe's (cap #611) St Pauli can seal the 2 Bundesliga title on Sunday at 11:30pm (AEST) against John Iredale's (cap #640) Wehen Wiesbaden in the final round of the season.
Pauli celebrated promotion alongside fellow northern side Holstein Kiel following a 3-1 win over VfL Osnarbruck last weekend.
St Pauli has not played in the Bundesliga since being relegated in the 2010-11 season.
Pauli are first with one match remaining and will be champions of the second division by matching second-placed Kiel’s result over the weekend.
In England, where Gethin Jones (cap #639) is likely to be in action for Bolton Wanderers when they face Oxford United on Sunday at 1:15am (AEST) in the EFL League One play-off final at Wembley Stadium.
Bolton secured their place in the League One play-off final after advancing 5-4 on aggregate against Barnsley. The Wanderers are now seeking a return to the second tier having last been in the division in 2018-2019.
Elsewhere in England, Joe Gauci (cap #631) could be on the bench for Aston Villa in the Premier League on Monday at 1am (AEST) when they face Crystal Palace away.
In the Eredivisie, Mathew Ryan (cap #555) will also end his season with AZ Alkmaar as they host seventh-placed Utrecht on Sunday at 10:30pm (AEST).
AZ currently occupy fourth and are guaranteed a Europa League qualifying place but they could leapfrog FC Twente and clinch third if results go in their favour and they get three points to close out the season.

James Holland (cap #508) could feature for Austria Wien when they face FC Blau-Weiß Linz on Sunday at 1am (AEST) as they look to regain their position at the top of the relegation round play-offs.
Fran Karacic (cap #607) is likely to play a full game for NK Rudes when they host NK Lokomotiva on Sunday at 1am (AEST) in Croatia’s HNL. NK Rudes sit last in the league with two games remaining and cannot escape relegation.
Back to Asia now, where Harrison Delbridge (cap #623) is likely to feature for Incheon United in the K League 1 on Saturday at 5:30pm (AEST) when they travel to Daejeon Hana.
Kenny Dougall (cap #608) will play for Buriram United in their match with Uthai Thani on Saturday at 10pm (AEST) in the Thai League.
In Major League Soccer, Brad Smith (cap #575) could get minutes for Houston Dynamo on Sunday at 10:30am (AEST) for their home game against FC Dallas. He came off the bench in the 88th minute on Thursday as Houston lost 1-0 to Austin.

Starting in the Netherlands, where Adrian Segecic came off the bench in the 83rd minute as FC Dordrecht drew 2-2 with FC Emmen in the first leg of the first-round Eerste Divisie play-offs on Wednesday.
He could play again in the second leg on Sunday at 12:30am (AEST).
As mentioned above, Nectarios Triantis played 90 minutes for Hibs in a 3-0 win over Motherwell on Wednesday. He could be involved in Hibernian’s visit to Livingston on Sunday at 12am (AEST) in the Scottish Premiership.
In Denmark, Tyrese Francois played another full game for Vejle Boldklub on Thursday as they beat Lyngby 1-0. He is likely to start again when they face Vejle BK on Monday at 10pm (AEST) in the play-offs of the Superliga.
In the MLS, Giuseppe Bovalina could feature again for Vancouver Whitecaps FC when they face Seattle Sounders on Sunday at 12:30pm (AEST).
In the K-League 1 League, Alexandar Popovic played 84 minutes for Gwangju FC on Wednesday in a 2-1 win over Ulsan. He could appear again o Sunday at 5:30pm (AEST) when they face Jeonbuk. Gwangju are sixth in the K1 League.
Cameron Peupion could appear for Brighton & Hove Albion this weekend in the Premier League against Manchester United on Monday at 1am (AEST).
In Poland, Louis D'Arrigo could also feature for Lechia Gdansk on Monday at 4:30am (AEST) when they face Arka Gdynia.
Gdansk hold a three-point lead at the top of the table as they chase promotion to Poland's top tier with two games remaining.
