As the hectic playing schedule over the festive period continued this week, there were some standout Socceroos performers.

In the EFL Championship, Tom Glover kept another clean sheet for Middlesbrough as they beat Hull City 1-0. Riley McGree (cap #609) played 69 minutes for Middlesbrough as well. The pair could be involved on Sunday at 2:00am (AEDT) against Robertson’s Cardiff City.
Also on Thursday in England’s second tier, Alexander Robertson (cap #630) opened the scoring for Cardiff City in their 1-1 draw with Coventry City on Thursday morning. The midfielder played 85 minutes and now has three goals for Cardiff this season. Cardiff travels to Middlesbrough on Sunday at 2:00am (AEDT).
In the English Premier League, Cameron Burgess (cap #633) might feature for Ipswich Town as they take on Fulham on Sunday at 1:00am (AEDT).
Also, Joe Gauci (cap #631) could be on the bench for Aston Villa’s home tie with Leicester City on Sunday at 2:00am (AEDT).
In the Scottish Premiership, Josh Nisbet (cap #642) played 81 minutes of Ross County’s 2-1 win over Aberdeen on Friday. The midfielder is set to be involved on Monday at 2:00am (AEDT) against Kilmarnock.
Apostolos Stamatelopoulos (cap #644) might play on Monday at 1:30am (AEDT) for Motherwell against Aberdeen.
Martin Boyle (cap #599) played all of Hibernian’s 1-1 draw with St Johnstone on Friday. Lewis Miller (cap #635) played an hour for Hibs. Hibernian host Rangers on Sunday night at 11:00pm (AEDT).
Ryan Strain (cap #624) played a full game for Dundee United in their 2-1 win over Dundee FC on Friday. Strain, whose side occupy third spot in the table, should play on Monday at 2:00am (AEDT) against Hearts.
Kye Rowles (cap #622) and Cameron Devlin (cap #625) played full games for Hearts as they earned a much-needed 1-0 win over Motherwell on Friday. Rowles and Devlin are likely to face Strain's Dundee United on Monday.
In the Indian Super League, Jason Cummings (cap #626) played 78 minutes and scored for Mohun Bagan SG as they beat Hyderabad 3-0 on Friday morning. Jamie Maclaren (cap #584) assisted Cummings' goal, playing a full game.
In the Scottish Championship, Ryan McGowan (cap #546) is likely to start for Livingston when they take on Queens Park on Sunday at 2:00am (AEDT).
Elsewhere in the competition, Dylan McGowan (cap #590) might be involved for Hamilton Academical in their away trip to Greenock Morton at the same time.
In Serie A, Mathew Ryan (cap #555) is expected to be on the bench for AS Roma’s derby clash with Lazio on Monday at 6:45am (AEDT).
In Ligue 1, Denis Genreau (cap #610) could continue to build his fitness on Sunday at 1:00am (AEDT) as Toulouse travel to Lens.
In the EFL Championship, Samuel Silvera (cap #634) could get some minutes on Monday at 2:00am (AEDT) for Portsmouth against Sunderland.
Also on Thursday in the competition, Callum Elder (cap #614) played the second half of Derby County’s 4-2 loss to Sheffield Wednesday. The full-back could start on Sunday at 2:00am (AEDT) when Derby travel to Bristol City.
In EFL League One, Gethin Jones (cap #639) played a full game for Bolton Wanderers as they lost 2-1 to Mansfield Town. Jones might feature for Bolton on Sunday at 2:00am (AEDT) against Exeter City.
Elsewhere in League One, Keanu Baccus (cap #628) missed Mansfield’s clash with Bolton but could get some minutes on Sunday at 2:00 am (AEDT) when Mansfield take on Stockport County.
Jason Davidson (cap #545) is in line for some minutes on Sunday at 12:00am (AEDT) as Panserraikos face Levadiakos in the Greek Super League.
Subway Olyroos
Nectarios Triantis notched an assist for Hibernian as they drew 1-1 with St Johnstone on Friday morning in the Scottish Premiership. Hibernian face Rangers on Sunday at 11:00 pm (AEDT).
Cameron Peupion might be on the bench for Brighton and Hove Albion's clash with Arsenal on Sunday at 4:30am (AEDT) in the English Premier League.
