Starting in Spain’s LaLiga, Maty Ryan (cap #555) was in goal for Levante and kept a clean sheet as they picked up a big 1-0 win over Getafe CF on Tuesday, as they clung on to extend their unbeaten run at Estadio Ciudad de Valencia to four matches.

Lavente are four point from safety with seven matches remaining.

In the Concacaf Champions Cup quarter-finals second leg, Patrick Yazbek (cap #641) played 72 minutes for Nashville as they progressed with a 1-0 win over Club América on Wednesday after a 0-0 draw in the first leg.

With Club América needing two goals thanks to the away goals tiebreaker, the Coyotes managed to see out a second straight clean sheet and become the first team in MLS history to win a competitive match at Estadio Azteca.

Yazbek and his MLS side return to action on Sunday at 9:30am (AEST) against Atlanta United FC.

Elsewhere in cup action, Kai Trewin (cap #656) played the full game for New York City in the US Open Cup Round of 32 as they beat Westchester SC 5-2 on Wednesday.

Elsewhere, Riley McGree (cap #609) and Sam Silvera (cap #634) could appear for Middlesbrough when they travel to Ipswich Town on Saturday at 9pm (AEST) in a crucial clash.

He was named in last week's matchday squad for the first time since 2024 but remained an unused substitute as the Foxes’ relegation troubles deepened with a 1–0 home loss to Swansea City.

The defeat leaves them 23rd on the table, four points adrift of safety with just four matches remaining.

Elsewhere in England, Alex Robertson (cap #630) should start again in League One for Cardiff City on Sunday at 12am (AEST) when they travel to Reading.

Robertson played 61 minutes on Wednesday in a 1-1 draw with Huddersfield. The result moves Cardiff onto 82 points and leaves them in a commanding position in second place, with automatic promotion now seemingly only a matter of time with just four games now left to play.

Joe Gauci (cap #631) kept a clean sheet and saved a penalty as Port Vale drew 1-1 with Barnsley FC on Wednesday in League One.

Gauci also appeared on Friday as Vale picked up a much needed three points with a 3-1 win over Peterborough United. Despite the win, the third-from-bottom Valiants are still 12 points adrift of safety, with their survival hopes extremely slim.
