WATCH: Our Recent Goals against New Zealand | Subway Socceroos
The ANZAC Soccer Ashes are up for grabs again with the Subway Socceroos looking to defend the trophy against rivals New Zealand in a two-match series.

The first leg takes place at Canberra's GIO Stadium on Friday, 5 September, before both teams travel across the Tasman Sea for the second leg at Go Media Stadium in Auckland on Tuesday, 10 September.
Australia has faced New Zealand in 67 official meetings since 1922, recording 43 wins, 11 draws and 13 losses. The previous encounter between the two nations occurred in October 2023, where the Aussies claimed a 2-0 victory in Brentford.
It will be the seventh time Australia have played in Canberra and the first since March last year as preparations for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ get underway.
